The right moment

“We can’t carry on like this.”

We know something has to change.

We just don’t know how. Lots of opinions, no shared view.

We have good people.

But roles, responsibilities and teamwork don’t fit together.

We’ve hired staff from abroad.

But they don’t yet feel part of a real team.

Things are coming to a head.

A project, a quality issue or a leadership problem means we have to act now.

What changes

You regain your ability to act.

You get more than a concept: a shared understanding, a clear focus, decisions taken, ownership agreed and implementation under way.

How I work

Understand. Create clarity. Make an impact.

I use Design Thinking to turn understanding into impact. Born in product development, the method works for almost any kind of challenge, and it always puts people and their needs first. Rather than settling on a solution too early, we explore different perspectives and possibilities before deciding what works best. That builds a mindset for innovation, and that is where the really good solutions come from.

UNDERSTAND.
CREATE CLARITY.

Erik Vossius profile
About Erik

I know healthcare from the ward to executive management.

I started out as a nurse at Freiburg University Hospital before studying industrial engineering and management. That combination still shapes my work: I know what change feels like for staff on the ground, and what it looks like on the balance sheet.

Over 25 years in leadership roles, I helped a major hospital become a university hospital, ran diagnostic laboratories in Germany and Central Europe, and set up an international nursing school as part of the SeneCura Campus.

2019–2025 · SeneCura Group, ViennaHealthcare Manager, including the SeneCura Campus and a catering project

Voices from practice

What my clients say.

“Alongside our existing bike shop, we wanted to create a place that stands out and inspires people. It had long been a project close to my heart, but with all our ideas we kept going round in circles. Erik pinned us down to one question: What makes a visit to us special? After just a few workshops we had the answer – and a plan we are now putting into practice step by step.”
Herbert LacknerCEO, Mons & Gaudium GmbH, bike retail in Salzburg and Linz
Benedikt Kloss, mountain guide, at a belay station on a rock face“Climate change is transforming the mountains. High-altitude tours are becoming riskier and more demanding, and I often don’t know in advance whether a tour can go ahead as planned. Together with Erik, I worked out how to make good use of my experience anyway. The result is climbing days for small groups: three to four days, from a base camp at mid-altitude. My guests experience nature and the way it is changing up close, and go home with greater resilience and a different view of the mountains.”

For individuals

IMPACT NEXT – Shape your future around your strengths

Take the leapIllustration: a man and a woman leap with arms outstretched across a gap between two cliffs above water, with the sun rising behind them.

Your experience. Your strengths. Your impact.

You’ve achieved a great deal and now want to take charge of what comes next. You want to do what you’re good at and what you enjoy. Often that means giving work you love a fresh focus, so your experience really counts.

I work with Design Thinking. First we look closely at where you are and what really matters to you. Then we come up with lots of ideas, including some unexpected ones. We test the best of them on a small scale, learn and refine. The result is a practical, financially viable way forward that builds on your strengths.

“I want to shape my own future.”
“In the years ahead, I want to do what I’m good at and enjoy.”
“I want to keep doing what I love, in a new way.”
“I want to keep growing and build on what I’ve achieved.”
“I want my experience and strengths to make a difference.”
